i know the various AirSharing and others wifi iPhone applications.
I'm searching a program for copy/update file on iPhone when attach my iPhone with usb.
I use DiskAid but i've found that after update and save some file they don't show the update (!?).
    I've found also http://www.wideanglesoftware.com/touchcopy/
Any other solution for both Win and Mac worlds ?

Unfortunately for us, you can not use the iPhone as a removable hard drive as a result of the way Apple has set up the filesystem in the iphone and ipod touch's. Applications such as air sharing (probably the best for your cause) and datacase are the only way to go, currently.

If you're interested in jailbreaking; Then there may be some alternative that I do not know about.

netatalk is very easy to setup once your iphone is jailbreaked and mac computers will see it rightway when connected on wifi.

you can access your whole filesystem by wifi network.

i dont know about USB solution, I was actually looking for the same thing.
but the problem I am seeing with USB is that I don't usually carry my usb cable with me.

I use Fugu for over wifi. It's free. I'm on a mac though, I don't know if it works on Windows.
