iphone at apple startup screen white streak in upper right corner only

Iphone 3gs 16gb 4.1 jb unlocked

when it starts up at the apple screen only there is a small white streak any other time its not there

any ideas how to fix it??? thanks

Not like this matters since it's only on startup, but I mean you pretty much answered your own question. Obviously it's an issue with your jailbreak as stock iPhones don't do this.

Yeah actually, what the hell is this doing anyway? The spinning cog is showing up on the startup screen? That only appears when you shut down.

Mine does that on upper left corner...its normal for jailbroken phone i guess
