iPhone + ATT $30 data + VOIP

So since the iPad is released and you can get a $30/month data plan without a contract and now VOIP is allowed over 3g...do you think it is possible to get that onto the iphone? I like the idea of getting an unlocked iPhone and add data only.

Is there an all in one voip app that will receive texts as well?

I'd LOVE to get a data-only plan for $15 a month for my iPhone. But alas, not yet. Perhaps this is in the future for the iPod touch?

a) will the iphone work with a micro Sim card + Sim card adapter

If so I will be canceling my contract asap ( I don't even use voice that often)
