So, the past couple of days I've been getting that annoying "Storage Is Almost Full" crap and I just dismiss it. I never realized I would get there but since I'm a such hoarder of photos (12GB) and text (4GB), I'm there. Definitely getting a 64GB with the new one, no more 32GB.

Anyway, yesterday I decided to finally delete some files to free up space. I went into the Usage section and to my surprise, it said I had 1.1GB free. How can this be? Did my phone delete something without telling me? Or was the message just wrong (I never looked at my free-space)? Also, I didn't close any background apps or restart my phone.

The amount of memory being used is dynamic and can change. The key is the "other" memory use can increase and decrease at will.
