umm how can i change it to a customized background?

i went in on my photos and chose "Set as background" and it still the same black background...


p.s. yes my iphone is jailbroken...

You'll have to download a program in Installer or Cyndia that does themes and what-not to be able to use a background behind your applications

i know how to do themes and stuff... i just want to change the background... nothing else...
