iphone backup deleted

Yesterday i was updating my iphone to 4.1, and it got stuck so i had to restore it. Now i can see that i deleted my iphone backup last week. And i CANT FIND IT.

Is there a way to get the old backup back which you have deleted??
 
Update

I have found an old backup of my iphone, but it was uncompleted. Is there a way to get files out of it??

Inside that folder is snapshop and status.plist. The size of the backup is 1.19 gb

HOW CAN I GET IMPORTANT PICTURES, FILES ETC FROM IT?
