iPhone Badge Notification Problem

Wondering if anyone else is having this problem:

I have a "Social" folder, in which I have Facebook, Facebook Messenger, Kik, Foursquare, etc. If I get a Kik message, or a Facebook message, or if someone comments on a status, the folder no longer shows a badge. If I open the folder, then the app will show a badge. But the folder no longer shows a badge showing that I have a new message in one of my social apps.

This has been going on for a couple of days. I've tried restarting, and doing a hard reset. But nothing has fixed it.

Figured it out. For some reason, I can't have Foursquare badges turned on, or the folder badge doesn't show up.

Odd.
