Hey guys, I'm calibrating my Iphone and was wondering if I need to completely drain it so when I turn it on nothing comes on or if when I turn it on the blinking Battery with the plug in symbol is considered completely drained. Thanks in advance.

Drain it until the iPhone turns itself off. Any lower then that and you could damage your battery.

It'll turn itself back on when you plug it back in.

One more question, can I use the phone while I'm doing this? On second thought I should have done this while sleeping.
