I am having a weird problem that just started a couple of days ago... Even when I am not using my iPhone it is still counting the time under usage in settings, and the battery life has become worse than before. I have tried turning off 3G, WIFI, and location services, but the problem still persists. Is there another background application that is running I don't know about?

Try turning it off and then on. That should do the trick

Yeah you either have an app that is stuck on or a memory leak. It happens. A reset will fix it.

Do you mean reset as in turning it off then back on, or something else?

Yep, hold down the power button until you see the "slide to power off". Then wait a few seconds and turn it back on. I've had this same problem once or twice, and this fixed it. I think mine was due to a Safari crash once, don't remember what the other was.

    That should fix it.

Thanks that did it. I at first thought you meant restore not restart, but anyway thanks for the help
