iPhone battery usage not showing up anymore after JB?

it won't show me how many hours I've used my phone vs in standby in the usage section in settings. anyone else have this?

Besides respringing I tried turning off and rebooting the phone.

these will also cause the issue mentioned by OP. Fully charge your phone, then do none of the three and you'll have your usage stats back
