Iphone Bookmarks Syncing???

    Ok, so today i decided id clear up all my bookmarks since all like 800 of them were on my phone, so i cleaned them all up and then synced my phone and got this message.

    Is it asking if it can delete the bookmarks on my computer that i deleted off my phone???
