Iphone break for US Cellular?

Any chance that anyone has had success with breaking an iPhone to work with US Cellular? Is this even possible?

CDMA ≠ GSM. If it's CDMA, it can't be done. If it's GSM, it can.

Wrong. Any GSM provider works. There are other providers in the US, you know. Centennial is one of them.

There are plenty of regional GSM providers. Einstein, Cellular One (in some markets CDMA is used), Centennial, Alaska, etc. For a complete list, look here

To answer the original question, as long as you have a SIM card, you would be able to use an unlocked iPhone. Some of the data settings may need some additional set-up, however.
