Not to bring this thread off-topic... but, no, they don't. Antibiotics can give you halitosis (bad breath) during the course of treatment, and a particular kind of antibiotic can cause permanent staining of teeth during development (Linkey), but antibiotics do not weaken your teeth.

Sorry to hear about your iPhone... Was the screen ok? Did the jagged edge of your tooth scratch the back of the iPhone case?
