iPhone bug- icons move further down home screen, touching dock

Omg yeh! The same has happened to me too.

Whenever you press an icon it just goes darker and that's about it.
 
This has happened to me around 2 times before, out of nowhere randomly. When you click an icon it just stays darkened.
