iPhone Calendar Sync with Windows/Outlook

I keep getting a message that the iPhone is disconnects when syncing the calandar, has anyone solved this problem?
 
I do not get the disconnect message, but after synchronization with Outlook calendar is completed, there is no calendar information in my iPhone. The Outlook contacts synced OK.
