iPhone calender starts on a Monday

Does anyone know how to set the phone's calender program so that the new week starts on Sunday rather than Monday?
I'm running 2.0.2

I don't think you can do it on the iPhone; it has to be done on the calendar with which you sync.

nope, doesn't work for me at least.
I have iCal on desktop set for a Sunday start of week, and frequently sync with the phone, but the phone always starts on the Monday 🙁

doesnt work if I set it to UK or USA...

The other thread I read said that the UK setting starts the week on Monday, and the US setting starts it on Sunday.

Try putting into US again, and restarting the phone.

I just put mine into UK, and it changed to Monday.

apologies....
I reset it within settings to US and restarted phone, it now starts with a Sunday start to week 🙂
even though I'm in the UK !!! 😱
