After being an iPhone user for about 4 years, i have come up with seemingly silly question. When I use the phone (play a game or browse the web) and a call comes in 2 buttons appear on the bottom of the screen, a red one to decline the call and a green one to answer it. However when the phone is in sleep mode and a call comes in these buttons don't appear (only the slide to answer bar at the bottom) so if I have to reject the call I double press the sleep button. So is there a way that I can have these 2 buttons (I have seen in some TV series and movies that it can be done) when the call comes in even if the phone is in sleep mode? Thanks eeryone in advance.

No, other then perhaps a jailbreak tweak might allow it. I think it is a bad idea to have the two buttons on the lock screen as the buttons may be activated accident in your pocket and when picking it up with therefore rejecting/answering calls accidently.

You know they probably simulate iphone graphics on shows and movies, right?
It's best to use the power button to reject a call. You don't have to look down while driving, etc.
