I recently purchased an iPhone 11 unlocked from Game in the UK for my sister in law in Denmark. I have now bought the phone to Denmark and when dialling the phon cuts off after 3 seconds and then all signal is lost until rebooting the phone.
i tried my EE contract sim which has the same issue. But weirdly my wife’s 3 sim works fine with no issue. We tried a Denmark 3 sim and this also works :/
The phone is unlocked and up to date.
We visited apple today and they were also baffled by this but didn’t swap it.
Has anyone seen this issue before ?
