iPhone calls not working on iPad and Mac

I'm trying to make calls from my iPad, but it doesn't work. It says my iPhone and my iPad have to be in the same network. But they are in the same network! I tried to call from my Mac – doesn't work either, same message.

I checked that all settings are activated on all of the devices. I tried to turn Facetime off on all devices and turn it on again, I also restarted all devices, logged out, whatever…

It still gives me the same message. What can I do?

BTW – I can receive SMS message to my iPad. It's weird that this works, but calls do not work.
