iPhone can't connect to iCloud Mac Mail

With email screen up (see the various folders) iPhone keeps saying "connecting." Also not seeing sent mail in Sent Mail folder.

I've been having trouble with iCloud on all my Apple devices tonight. This is getting to be a regular occurrence for iCloud mail to be down.
