iPhone carrier settings.

I have an iPhone 2G with my buisness vodafone sim. When i try to connect it to iTunes i get invalid sim inserted. The carrier settings arent downloading. Is there anyway to manually update the carrier settings so i can use my iPhone on vodafone.

to another carrier if so it will need to be unlocked one way or another! 😉

Yes, you need to JB and unlock it.
Then you can load the carrier settings for MMS and tethering etc...
