Hello everyone! I have just downloaded iBrickr for my iPhone, and while looking around the filesystem, I found something AMAZING!!!!

Go to this address in the filesystem:

    /System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app/

And there, you will find under the "D" section, that there are the default carriers, and listed are:

    AT&T
    Cingular
    TMobile
    Vodafone

If somebody already found that out, then I feel really stupid right now. But, if they didn't, then I guess we know which carriers will be announced for the iPhone in the UK tomorrow (and hopefully the US too!!!)

    Thanks,

    Cody Bellair

    1. Cingular and AT&T are the same company.
    2. They have already announced that AT&T will be the exclusive iPhone service provider in the US.

Not in your dreams that will happen....its locked to AT&T for the next 5 years or so. Only way you'll use it on T-Mobile, would be via unlocking it (ala anySIM).

This is known. It's been there forever. Possibly legacy stuff from when the carriers were unknown.
