Iphone Case VS Sleeve

What do you guys prefer and why?

Naked / Case / Sleeve ??

Reason I'm asking is I've always used a case on my Iphones but thinking of stepping over to a sleeve for protection and easily slide it out so I can use it naked in my hand and fully experience it's beauty.

Just wondering if anyone is happy with that experience of having a sleeve around the Iphone
