It keeps turning off, now at this point i can't even enable it anymore. It's telling me iCloud and FaceTime need to be logged in together? But it is?!

It's a known issue... A few of us have had the same problem. My guess is that you are running one of the last two 10.10.3 betas... Either revery back to a previous build or sit it out and wait for Apple to fix it in a future build. Good luck.
