iPhone Change of Ownership

Hi, If I want to give my iPhone to my sister, what do I have to do.

I can of course give her my Apple ID and so on but is there a better way to get it registered into her own name?

just give her the phone and have her create a new appleid. If you want her to be able to access your apps create a family share account in your icloud settings on the phone.

I would erase everything and set it up as a new device.

Deregister your iPhone from your account through the apple id support page.
Register it under her account.
