iPhone 7/Plus iPhone Clock Bedtime mode

Do you use the iPhone clock's Bedtime mode?

I saw some youtube videos and must say it looks useful.

While I know that Apple is not really into data mining but I still wonder if they may not be keeping a tab on a Bedtime user's sleep cycles?
