iPhone 6(S)/Plus iPhone clock ‘jumps’ 2 minutes

Something strange I’ve noticed on my iPhone recently

If I’m watching the clock in the top banner sometimes it’ll ‘miss’ a minute and then only update at the ‘second minute’

So if at 12:00 it will wait 2 minutes and display 12:02 rather than 12:01 12:02

It seems quite intermittent and rare, not sure what causes that?!
