Most of us are busy getting our preorders in, but what about cherishing the amazing iPhones that have preceded this generation? Any collectors here?

How does one even think about collecting them in the long run when the first iPhone came out lol
Genuine sealed iPhone 2G costs a couple of thousand dollars. Most sellers actually refurbish and resell theirs, which is scamming if you ask me.

I have a 4, 4S, 5, 6 and 8 Plus here. I lost a 5S which kind of sucks. All of them are my old iPhones, I don't see a reason to get rid of them as I am too lazy to sell and trade ins are meh.

This is a very small part of my iPod collection - cease and desist please, thanks.

My collection.

#1. OG Launch IPhone never updated never opened sealed in box
#2. 2nd IPhone 3G never software updated
#3. iPhone 5 best iPhone ever made or designed
#4. iPhone 6s Plus (most collectible of all) Last with 3.5mm Jack and Last with Clicky Home Button

Then again consumer electronics products that literally 100 Million of Each were made. Will never increase in value they are just sentimental.
