iPhone 17 Pro iPhone Colours

Now we know the precise colours that will emerge I sense the options for the Pro have been quite divisive this time. I wonder why, at least with 1 model, Apple could not offer custom colours, at a premium price of course! This could well be reserved for the Pro. Every year I search in vain for a dark red and, apart from the seemingly now defunct (PRODUCT) RED (last seen with iPhone 14 and too bright for me) it never happens. I wonder how many sales are lost when colours do not satisfy or, at best, the buyer resorts to a case.
