Iphone Contacts changes are not syncing with Mobileme

Have set up Mobileme this morning (had to use apple chat to get it running).

Set it up on one macbook, IPAD and IPHONE.

Calendars are syncing correctly from IPAD/IPHONE/MACBOOK

My contact changes though, if I make a change on IPAD or MACBOOK, everything syncs correctly

But if I make a change on iphone, the changes don't sync. Which is strange because calendar changes are syncing properly when I make changes on Iphone. This is frustrating since I assume I would probably use iphone most of the time to enter new contacts information. What am I doing wrong?

Did you get an answer? I'm having the same problem. Manual Sync seems to work through MobileMe, but "automatically sync" does not.
