iPhone Continually Signs Out of iMessage

Looking for any thoughts on this. My iPhones, both iOS 8.4.1, continually log out of iMessage (and usually FaceTime as well), and then take anywhere from hours to days to reconnect. My iPad Air, also 8.4.1, has never, ever had a problem with iMessage or FaceTime.

Any thoughts? I've reviewed the Apple troubleshooting suggestions. Thanks for any assistance.
