There's nothing wrong with being on a budget, as long as he can afford an iPhone. Some people in the iPhone line with me were talking about how they would have to miss a month of their mortgage to pay for it 🙄. Craziness.

Looks like Indiana has a 7% sales tax.

So $199 + $18 (activation fee possible) X .07 = $15.19, so probably $232.19.
