Iphone Data Usage Problem

    So during these past few months, I've been having overages of my data that goes up to 1 GB. I have a 200mb plan, and I NEVER go over 200mb until these pass several months. My iPhone daily usage has been the same ever since I got this phone. I have went through settings and checked all of the cellular data saving settings such as only updating apps over wifi. In my iCloud, I only have it syncing everything but photo stream and documents and data. I used Onavo (not sure how useful it is) and it shows nothing out of the ordinary in terms of my data usage (It only shows me using about 50mb for the month). When I check my ATT account, i noticed some unusual activity these past 2 days.

    Can anyone help me with identifying what this is exactly? ATT and Apple were of no help to me. I'm on iOS 6.1 and I'm usually very well aware of how much data I use. Last billing period, I had to pay about $100 in overages with this same problem.

    it could be possible that some app is working in the background without your notice. You should use some antivirus or firewall app to prevent unwanted access to internet.

    I suggest you go to an AT&T store and spend some time with a rep to try to sort it all out. Show him/her the data statistics on your iPhone and have them compare it to what your AT&T account is showing. Something's not right.

    I have the same thing happening to me! I was on the phone with Att for 2 hours. They have no explanation for what it is. We are talking alot if data being used. While im sleeping. All notifications and location services are off, no cloud acct and diagnostics are set to dont send. I have been with att for 3 years and have never exceed or even come close with my 2gb data plan. This month I have exceeded it on day 11 of my billing cycle! Usage is the same. I really hope someone could help with this problem. Att told me to shut off my cellular data and it wont use data! OMG someone please advise!
