Hi Guys,

About a week ago i noticed 1 pixel at the bottom of my 3GS screen that's stuck on, last night I also noticed that there's one at the top left that's sort of half on.
I thought I'd give apple a go first, what would you suggest I did first, call the support line and ask them or book a Genius appointment at the store and go and speak to someone in person?
I don't mind going to the store but it's 20 miles away so it's is a slight PITA.

I'm in the UK by the way so if anyone has some relevant experience I'd like to know as well!!!

Thanks in advance,

Dave

call Apple support tell them about the issue and they will set up a replacement shipping for you. you will get a replacement phone for that issues.

I have fixed those before by massaging them. But if you aren't happy, I would take it back. Dead pixels on a laptop screen are hardly noticed by those on an iPhone screen are a real nuisance.

I was one of the losers who was waiting in line the day the 3GS came out!

Update

I finally got around to going to the Apple store with my phone.
They did a screen replace in under an hour.

I'm a very happy bunny!!!:)
