Iphone Deleting Messages On its own?!?

My Iphone has been deleting random text that i have been sending any help??

there is a bug with the iOS 4.0.2 which resets the autodelet time of your phones text message system and will automatically delete random messages but Apple released an update and if you update your phone you should be fine

thnx i just downloaded the new update ile see if it stops deleting 😀

I have a 3gs running 3.1.3 and it deleted all of mine last week. I lost some very important texts.........IM PISSED! 😡

4.1.2 will fix the problem. Ios4 is a much better firmware
