I jave iphone 6s with IOS9.1 jailbroken.

I chosed to restore de iphone and now it stucked in the apple logo.

To restore with itunes apple will update to ios 9.3...? Is there any other solution to restore the iphone without updating to ios 9.3?

No, you can't restore a jailbroken device. Your only option is to move to 9.3.xx now via a DFU restore.

You need cydia impactor. Last time I used it on 9.0.2, I don't know if it will work on 9.1.
