I did the online one from Apple's website about 3 weeks ago and haven't heard anything yet is that normal? Should I wait a little while longer or just set up and appointment? The closest store is 2 hours away. Do they charge for appointments if you don't have apple care?

I ran the test because I think that my battery might be slowly dying. I've only had the phone for 1 year but sometimes I get 2-3 hours or usage and others I get 4.5-5 and it's always with the same amounts of usage.

The first thing I would recommend is setting the phone up as new and seeing if it makes a difference
