which Company's iPhone dock is considered to be good for iPhone 4 ?

Define what you mean by "good". Don't just assume that your notion of highly subjective words like that is universal. What features do you need/want? What's your budget?

There are certainly plenty of threads on docks that you can refer to for ideas.

I don't need much features. Any dock that would be priced between $150 - 200 would be ok. I think i will refer similar threads also at the same time. thanks for the advice.

Well the first iPhone to the 4s all have the 30pin so u have a large selection. None specifically for the 4s. The b&w sound great, but kind of an oddball shape.
