My wife has an iPhone 6S. I have an 5S. Both of our phones no longer work with Orange (Spain) internet network.
We travel quite alot, and our phones always work on other networks - only here in Spain they do not.
Orange say the problem is our on our end. When you put our sim card into other phones it works. We tested our phones with other persons working sims and they did not work. So, it does seem the problem is on our end.
My wife has completely reinstalled iOS and the problem persists. We've both 'reset settings' multiple times, as well.
We can't find help anywhere to resolve this. I hope somebody has some help.
