iphone does not on reboot

hi,
updated my jailbroken 3gs phone from 3.1.2 to 4.1 using i tunes and now it does not reboot , it just has the apple logo and does not go beyond that . so I try irecovery but every time i try to type the commands i get the following error

Is it also unlocked or just JB?
You can just plug it to itunes and restore it if you dont care about an unlock.
Then JB it again.
