So today i had my phone in my pocket, nothing else was in there and i took it out and theres a dent rite by the sleep wake button. and the button is stuck down forcing the phone to shut on and off not even getting to my home screen. but when it is plugged in it stays on. what should i do? my phone already has a crack in the screen. will apple replace it??? HELP?? it is an "original" iphone

With a crack in the screen, i doubt its still under warranty. I think its like 200 for a refurbished one.
 
so you magically took the perfect iphone out of your pocket and it suddenly has a dent AND a cracked screen? And you're wondering what?

Edit: already had the cracked screen. what caused that?
