iPhone doesn't work

i have an iphone 4 v5.4 jailbreak. i tried to upgrade to v6.1, the upgrade didn't work and since then every time i turn the iphone on its shows the apple sign and after 10 sec' the iphone shuts down and turn on again for 10 sec'...
i tried to upgrade again but but i'm gettin' this error: "the iphone cannot be restored at this time because the iphone software updated server could not be contacted or is the temporary unavailable"
how can i fix it?

Did you try to upgrade OTA or through iTunes?

Make sure you have the latest itunes. Try restoring it on another computer if yours cant contact apples servers.
