Iphone downloaded Apps Keep Crashing

My Iphone was working just fine and then all of a sudden all of the downloaded apps are crashing and bringing me back to the home screen. I have jailbreak and unlocked my iphone and it was working just fine....Please help.

Step 1. Download a free app. Should be fine.
Step 2. Reinstall your apps if Step 1 does not work.
Step 3. Restore your iPhone if Steps 1 and 2 do not work.
Step 4. Restore and take it to the Genius Bar.
