iPhone Duplicate Problem - HELP!

After my last sync with my iMac, all of a sudden my iPhone has duplicated every contact in my address book and every item in my calendar so it's double of everything. Anyone know how to fix this, or why this even happened? It's very annoying.

Do you have Address Book syncing setup along with something like an email account address book or other address book syncing with it at the same time?
