Hello. Over the last few weeks my email app has stopped showing content Of emails. The email just says “this message has no content” and I know it does. I also have the same issue when I send myself a photograph. I have emptied all my trash. Closed out the email app. Restarted my phone. And I still have the issue. Any ideas why this would happen? I can go onto the desktop site and get the emails but it’s so much more of a hassle now that I’m used to the iPhone app. Thanks.

if you are sure that the email are indeed still on the server, then i wonder if deleting the mail account on the iPhone, then recreating it, wouldn't that download them again?

the "empty" mail is probably a left over issue from iPhone/macOS Mail app well documented problems.
make sure iPhone and macOS are both updated to the very latest releases, since only in the later releases has Mail app's problems been mostly resolved.

Thank you. I updated and still having the same issue. I’ll delete the mail account and add it again and see what happens. Thanks.
