iPhone email, cal, contacts keep getting reset WTF?

I have my email from exchange and contacts+cal from mobileme. It works great 80% of the time, except once in a while everything just resets. That is, once in a while, all my email will disappear for no reason and then the iPhone will start to sync back all the email from 6 months ago. Same for contacts, sometimes all the contacts will be gone and then it will have to re download everything. What's the deal?? Anyone else have this problem?
