I was wondering if you could recommend a program to run the iPhone emulator on Windows. Thank you.

Basically, I want to develop iPhone applications in a Windows environment.
Not sure if this is possible, thank you for your input.

As far as I know it's Xcode and that's OSX only.

I see. Do you know if is possible for me to purchase a copy of Mac OS and run it through an application like VirtualBox (or something similar) in Windows?

It's called an hackintosh, or MacInTheCloud, or go to the Craigslist(or something local), and then buy an older Mac mini, that will support new SDK. and you're good to go..
