My newsfeed doesn't work. Nothing loads on that page. Anyone else having this problem?

Everything else appears to be working fine though.

Exactly the same for me. News feed doesn't work but everything else looks great. Did you find a fix? I've tried reboots and re-installs but still no luck.

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPad; U; CPU OS 4_3_3 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/533.17.9 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.0.2 Mobile/8J2 Safari/6533.18.5)

Worked great! Just disable Facebook in retina pad before fastforward install!

Also I didn't do any ifile edit.

Nope, haven't found a fix! Any ideas will be appreciated.

Thanks for the heads up!

As long as the old version is still on iTunes, just sync that one. I accidentally did the update but luckily i have my devices set to manual sync, so I just put the old one back on.

LAWL those facebook guys are jackasses. I just installed Faceforward today, enjoyed it for like 2 minutes before jumping over to the app store to dl an app; unnecessarily updated all apps as well.

Can't believe they would take the time to block this cydia hack. Release the damn iPad version already. It's not like anyone expects a bug free experience.

It's complete insanity that they won't release this, and actually went so far as to block people who enabled it. Their pre-release version of the app is so much better than every third party glitchfilled Facebook app. None of the third party ones come remotely close.

The only thing I can think of (aside from the "asses" theory, which is the most probable!) is that they're close to releasing the iPad version, and they'll release it as a standalone rather than making the iPhone one a universal app.

It's weird--when I first installed it + FaceForward, I was unimpressed. There was an odd bug that made comments significantly wider than the side viewing pane when you brought them up. They couldn't be read without scrolling over. But about two weeks ago, that bug simply disappeared, without any updates, so it had to have been something odd in the feed from FB's servers. Seems they've still been working on it, anyway.

Another oddity--I know for a time they were showing a "posted from Facebook for Mobile" tag on posts, rather than the "Facebook from iPhone". My posts from yesterday, all from the iPhone (iPad) version all said "iPhone" again. Not sure if that supports the argument for a separate iPad version or not.

If you can get a hold of the old version, it definitely works a treat currently with FaceForward. I was always a "use the web, it's fine" girl, but now I use the app all the time. (Loading photos still works better with iLoader though.)
