I use Safari Download Manager all the time, and it is great, but "Download" is the key problem word. I want to be able to upload an html file to my web host after I edit it in iFile. Is there any way to upload files from my iPhone, like when I click "Browse" on the web page, without a computer, and without FTP? I have been searching around, and I can't find anything.

There are ftp apps for the iPhone and iPad, e.g., FTPOnTheGo, but since you said ftp was not an option, I am not aware of any.

Other than ftp, how else would you send a file to a web site?

I mean an upload box. I don't know how to describe it, so here's an example: http://www.zamzar.com/. What you get when you click "Choose file" under "Step 1" on a Mac/PC. Is there a way to get that "Choose a file" window on an iPhone?

Don't think so, not in a mobile safari (or skinned safari like atomic) anyway. The webkit engine is aware you aren't allowed to have file access on the device and can't get to the file via an upload in a web page.
