Its hard to imagine that they would step back from Face ID, it's such an important part of the experience.
I am never a first generation kind of guy as tempting as it is to jump into this, I really want to see how long it does last in real usage. That and I will wait for face ID.
This is the first device from Apple that I’ve been excited about since the release of the m1 MacBook Pro.
That's unfortunate. At least the inner display doesn't have a hole for the camera.
I assume under screen cameras today have noticeably less quality? I'm not a camera person and I don't use the selfie cameras on phones much outside of FaceTime where I don't mind meh quality videos so I personally would have preferred another under screen camera on the outer screen.

Rumors all sound good But it seems like the rumors are building on the rumors. Is there any real substantiation??? Even the estimated price , Nobody knows how the tariffs will work out.
I’m hopeful we get to see a iPhone fold but I don’t even believe 2026. If anything wouldn’t it be 2027 for the twentieth anniversary of the iPhone?

Well, if this iPhold looks like it does in the pictures, I'll have to check it out. I'll keep an open mind on it. And if I get one, I'll definitely get AppleCare too.
Pretty sure they have that particular prefix trademarked. That said, they took a page out of Boeing’s play book and it will be “iPhone 47” to get an exemption to tariffs 😘
That’s the beauty of it! There ARE three cameras on the rear…once you UNFOLD it 😉
Many contradicting rumors about the foldable. Will be very nice if it is having FaceID but not sure how it will end up. As for the cameras, really hoping that it would have a total of four cameras, one front facing/selfie along with ultra wide, wide and telephoto lens. Will be bad if it misses out on telephoto lens.
Most reviews of a Android phones with this kind of screen refer to them as hole-punch (instead of punch-hole) displays.
iFold/iPhold doesn't really match Apples standard of iPhone + Model; I have been calling it the iPhonebook which feels more realistic and better than the boring iPhone Fold.
